Position Overview:

The District Coordinator will lead organizational programs at the district level, ensuring successful implementation of the Skill Bharat Kids Program and Saksham Bharat Yuva Abhiyan in schools and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee district activities and program rollout
  • Build relationships with school leadership, educational officials, and partners
  • Facilitate school enrollments and community outreach
  • Monitor performance of trainers and field staff
  • Report weekly progress and outcomes to the State Office

Roles & Tasks:

  • Coordinate with schools to schedule program sessions and events
  • Maintain accurate data, documentation, and feedback reports
  • Assist in recruitment and training of trainers
  • Ensure quality and compliance with Trust standards
  • Represent the Trust at district events and meetings

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate in any discipline (BA / BSc / BCom / BBA / BCA / Any recognized degree)
  • Post-Graduation preferred (not mandatory)

Experience Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in education, NGO, training, social work, school coordination, sales, or administration
